In June and August, certified mountain leaders (hiking guides) and experienced trail runners, have created within the local guide service a variety of lessons for you to start, train, and improve your trail running skills.
Introduction & skill improvement for trail runners (9:30-12:00)Approach running in the mountains on a varied course dotted with technical sections to improve your technique, all in the majestic environment surrounding Pralognan.Long distance: explore the mountains on a trail run (7:00-13:00)An athletic adventure combining running and fast walking on high-alpine trails. We’ll leave early in the morning to take advantage of the cool temperatures and the calm of the mountains at sunrise.
